Cairngorm Apartment One Cairngorm Apartment Two Cairngorm Apartment Three Legionella Risk AssessmentEach apartment has been assessed by a professional for legionalla risks. Risk is low due to the self-contained pressuresed water system, which essentially does NOT have a header tank to allow ingestion of the legionella bacterium.

Fire Safety
Smoke and heat alarms are installed in accordance with Scottish Fire Regulations. All alarms are interlinked. There is also a mains operated, battery backed-up, emergency light in the hallway, which switches on automtically in the event of a power failure.
Rental regulations stipulate that properties must have mains operated and linked smoke devices. Check with prospective holiday apartments that they too have mains operated smoke & heat alarms. |
