The uncluttered lounge contains:

  • 2nd floor and not over-looked

Double Bedroom

The double bedroom comprises: bedside cabinets, adaptor plug so you can use bedside light and charge your mobile and a view of Cairngorm Mountains from window. There's also a built in double wardrobe with full length mirror, 4 drawer chest & Ceiling mounted state-of-the-art infra-red panel heaters, with room thermostat.

Twin Bedroom

  • Twin single bed with bedside cabinet
  • 4 gang extension cable plug so you can use bedside light and charge your mobile (not rocket science, but many places haven't thought of this!)
  • View of Cairngorm Mountains from window
  • Built in double wardrobe with full length mirror
  • 5 drawer chest
  • Ceiling mounted state-of-the-art infra-red panel heaters, with room thermostat

Bathroom

The bathroom is clean and modern, and contains:
  • electric demisting mirror, with surround lights (which can act as a night light)
  • heated electric towel rail
  • Tiled floor with underfloor electric heating
  • Two showers! Being the best of both worlds.

One shower runs from the storage tank, with water heated by cheap overnight electricity, and the other being a 10.5Kw electric shower, providing hot water if the main tank runs out of hot water.

Kitchen

All the mod-cons, with enough pots & pans to cook a Sunday roast!
