It's next door to the MacDonald Highland Resort Hotel and three minutes walk from the Cairngorm Hotel, which serves great beer and bar food, together with a more up market restaurant. The apartments are self catering holiday home in Aviemore and located on Grampian Court, which less than 10 miles from the Cairngorm Mountain Railway, which is the winter access for skiing and snow boarding, or a great means for the less experienced or able to see what it's like from almost at the top of a Scottish mountain.
Cairngorm Apartment is not a holiday cottage, but functional self catering apartments located on the 1st & 2nd floors of the apartment block*. The focus of this Aviemore self catering holiday apartment is towards the outdoor enthusiast & families. For Aviemore, the apartment is about as close as you can get to Cairngorm Mountain ski area and the central Aviemore itself.
Aviemore and the Cairngorms National Park is the adventure playground of the UK, with miles of wilderness perfect for hill walking around the local Munros, or taking to your mountain bike along the many signposted trails around Aviemore and the Rothiemurchus estate.
Your stay at Cairngorm Apartment Aviemore is flexible, as we cater for two days rental and upwards. The longer you stay, the cheaper it becomes per day, and that is down to your commitment to a longer stay.
The apartment is in the centre of Aviemore, close to Aviemore train station (about a three minute walk away), and Cairngorm Hotel and convenience store being an equally short distance walk. Mountain views from both bedrooms of Cairngorm Apartment One, so you can check out the weather real-time before going walking or skiing!
If you have a group, staying at Cairngorm Apartment is often more cost effective than staying at the SYHA youth hostel, or the Aviemore Bunkhouse. And if your group is up-to 13 people, you can book all three apartments as they're only one floor apart in the same block. Besides the cost of group accommodation, the apartment is much more comfortable than any communal accommodation. Did we mention the 47 inch satellite TV? There's a new Premier Inn opend in Aviemore, and it's almost opposite the La Taverna Italian Restaurant & oppossite the Youth Hostel in Aviemore.
