In the lounge of both apartments there's a 47 inch satellite connected LG Smart TV, with Netflix, Amazon Instant Video & BBC iPlayer. TV channels include freeview channels, plus many more (tho don't expect a full Sky package!)
Heating
Heating in bedrooms and lounges of both apartments is provided by state of the art infra red panel heaters. They heat the things in the room, rather than the air, and guests have described them as like sitting in the sun. Apartment one has underfloor heating in the hall & bathroom.

Each room is controlled by its own thermostat. This is particularly good to save energy (and money), as it allows you to turn down the heat when not in the room. For example, turn bedrooms down during the day, and lounge down at night.

Facilities
Both apartments have the same Mamas & Papas high chair, and BabyStart travel cot, at no extra charge. There's also an iron & ironing board.

Both apartments have the same model of washing machine, and both were new in Summer 2016.

There are two clothes driers; one is heated.
|

Games
Both apartments also sport a good selection of board games, for the family and big kids besides.
